background-clip: initial;'><font face="微软雅黑" size="3">被选聘的听证员将受邀参加本院组织的案件听证会，就事实认定、法律适用和案件处理等问题发表听证意见。听证员参加听证活动，依法享有独立发表意见、获得履职保障等权利。同时，听证员应当忠实履行听证义务，客观公正地发表意见，保守案件秘密。</font></span></p><p style='text-indent: 45px; background-clip: initial;'><font face="微软雅黑" size="3">七、选聘程序</font></span></p><p style='text-indent: 43px; line-height: 37px;'><font face="微软雅黑" size="3">（一）资格审查（2022年6月7日至2022年6月12日）。本院政治部、第五检察部按照选聘要求对报名人员进行资格审查。审查发现不符合听证员选聘条件的，取消其选聘资格。本院检务督察部门全程监督资格审查。</font></p><p style='text-indent: 43px; line-height: 37px;'><font face="微软雅黑" size="3">（二）确定人选（2022年6月13日）。通过资格审查的人员，由本院党组结合其政治素质、专业背景、工作经历等情况，研究确定本院拟聘任人员人选。</font></p><p style='text-indent: 43px; line-height: 37px;'><font face="微软雅黑" size="3">（三）社会公示（2022年6月14日至2022年6月18日）。在本院官方网站和微信公众号，向社会公示拟聘任人员名单。公示过程中发现有不符合听证员选聘条件的，取消其聘任资格。公示期5天。</font></p><p style='text-indent: 43px; line-height: 37px;'><font face="微软雅黑" size="3">（四）正式决定（2022年6月19日至2022年6月20日）。拟聘人员经公示无异议或者经审查异议不成立的，本院作出聘任决定，向聘任人员颁发聘书，并向社会公布听证员名单。</font></p><p style='text-indent: 45px; line-height: 37px;'><span style='letter-spacing: 1px;
