text-align: center; box-sizing: border-box !important;'><span class="wxart_image" wx-style='display:inline-block;outline: 0px;display: initial;box-sizing: border-box !important;overflow-wrap: break-word !important;width: 624px !important;visibility: visible !important;'></span></p><p style='text-indent: 2em;'><span style='color: rgb(255, 0, 0);'>1996年，淮滨县张里辖区发生一起故意杀人案件，致2人死亡，嫌疑人马某某（男，1970年出生，淮滨张里人）畏罪潜逃。</span>案件发生后，淮滨县公安局立即抽调警力成立专案组开展侦破，但受当时种种条件限制，嫌犯马某某如同人间蒸发，消失在茫茫人海中。26年来，淮滨县公安局历届局党委从未放弃对该案的侦破工作，但均未取得实质性突破。一条条辛苦摸排的线索因各种原因被迫中断，一个个分析研判获悉的藏匿地点被追捕民警逐个核查排除。失望之情难以言表，但一想到当年案发现场血淋淋的场面和受害人家属盼望抓到凶手的期待眼神，参战民警就感到肩上的责任重如泰山。20多年间，侦查人员换了一代又一代，但侦查民警始终紧盯不放、孜孜不倦，全面搜集马某某线索，只要发现任何线索，公安民警便马不停蹄地进行核实，追捕的脚印踏遍大江南北，却始终没能成功抓获马某某。2022年以来，淮滨县公安局新一届局党委以绩效考评为载体，以“大别山卫士杯”为抓手，以“百日行动”为依托，将命积案侦破工作作为一项重点工作来谋划推进，制定了《淮滨县公安局强力侦破命案积案工作方案》和奖惩措施，对每起命积案逐案深入研判分析，逐案制定侦破方案狠抓侦破工作落实，并将潜逃26年之久的命案逃犯马某某列为重点攻坚对象，局主要领导多次组织精干警力召开案情分析会，重新梳理案件证据，及时调整追逃方向，拓展破案思路，多渠道、多方位寻求突破。专案组民警全力攻坚、拓展线索、强化研判，对该起命案积案犯罪嫌疑人线索进行深度核查。功夫不负有心人，<span style='color: rgb(255, 0, 0);'>2022年9月初，专案组民警从蛛丝马迹中获取到关键线索，嫌疑人的相关情况进一步明朗</span>。为尽快抓获犯罪嫌疑人马某某，局主要领导指挥刑警大队负责人符运峰带领专案组赴广州开展侦查工作。今年中秋节期间，侦查民警放弃与家人团聚的时刻，克服广州疫情的影响，加班加点工作，在市局刑警支队及无锡、广州等警方支持配合下，<span style='color: rgb(255, 0, 0);'>最终于2022年9月9日将逃亡26年之久的命积案逃犯马某某在广州市海珠区成功抓获。</span></p><p style='margin-bottom: 0em;
