max-width: 100%; text-indent: 2em; visibility: visible; box-sizing: border-box !important;'>近年来，随着沿淮地区湖泊湿地的保护和修复，每到候鸟迁徙时节，淮南湿地保护区已经成为鸟儿们重要的中转站和补给点。为进一步加大生态环境保护力度，充分发挥司法在环境保护和生态修护方面的服务保障作用，淮滨县法院于2016年12月7日设立“淮南湿地生态环境司法保护示范基地”，并设立环境资源审判巡回法庭，对乱砍滥伐林木、乱捕滥猎野生动物，以及破坏生态环境的违法案件在淮南湿地保护区内公开审判。同时，在巡回法庭旁设置环境保护法律宣传栏，将淮南湿地建设为环境资源法律宣传教育基地，努力实现“打击一批、震慑一片、教育一方”的目的。</span><span style='outline: 0px;
